Late Shri Ram Niranjan Bajaj (11/05/1925 - 21/11/1997)

Late Shri Ram Niranjan Bajaj popularly known as Bah Dalda was a well known pioneer in the Mineral industry of the region. He had set up sodium silicate plants over three decades ago.In the year 1981 he set up the lime unit to manufacture chemical grade lime.In the year 1992 he had set up the Cement unit. Bah Dalda had also handled the dealership of Hindustan Lever Limited before venturing into the Industrial arena. He was one of the most successful Industrialists of Meghalaya.

SRI BANWARI LAL BAJAJ:

Sri Banwari Lal.Bajaj, S/O. Late Ram Niranjan Bajaj is a Commerce graduate . He started his career with timber exports , Sodium Silicate , Low Ash Metallugical coke (LAMC) manufacturing and paraffin wax processing.He later diversified to Lime , Cement , Alum and Ferro Silicon manufacturing.He also wanted to make the groups presence in retail and set up a multibrand lifestyle store by the name and style of COSMOS in Shillong which deals in world class designer brands.He then set up a Petro retailing outlet with Reliance Industries Ltd.Mr B.L. Bajaj was felicitated by the Government of Rajasthan for his contribution to the Industrial Development of North East India in September 2000.Mr BL Bajaj is the Vice President of Confederation of Industries of Meghalaya (CIM) and the Secretary of Meghalaya Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

SRI RAHUL BAJAJ:

Sri Rahul Bajaj, S/o Sri Banwari Lal Bajaj is a graduate in Commerce with Honours . He is a Gold Medalist and an outstanding academician. He has established himself as a promoter of proven capacity at his young age . He has gathered long experience in the group companies . He is also looking after Information technology matters and automation.

Sri Gaurav Bajaj, S/o Sri Banwari Lal Bajaj is a Commerce graduate with Honours.He is a Director in all the Group Companies. He has good knowledge about administration, personnel management etc.His knowledge about Human Resources management is also sound.Integration is his favourite area

SRI EARL CLIFFORD KHARSYNTHIEW

Sri Earl Clifford Kharsynthiew is a science graduate. He has already gathered good experience in areas like supply of raw material, quality control, liaison etc.. His exposure to field work and production management is sound. He is also actively involved in the live stock Industry.

SRI RIJIED SING HYNNIEWTA

Sri Rijied Sing Hynniewta is the Director of the company and Headman of Maswmai village in Khasi Hills District of Meghalaya state. He is an active social server, dedicated to the development of the people of Meghalaya. He is running a number of Lime Kilns in Meghalaya.
